The Free plan is perfect when you’re just getting started and want to get a feel for how Accountable works. You can create and send professional invoices straight from your phone and try out the basics at no cost. It’s a great way to get a hang of the app, but once your business grows or you want to track expenses, collaborate with an accountant, or automate more of your admin, we strongly recommend switching to a paid plan to benefit from the full power of Accountable.
Invoicing
Designed for those who don’t need (or aren’t ready for) full bookkeeping.
Lets you level up your invoicing: branded templates, recurring invoices, and quotes. Ideal for service providers with relatively simple admin needs.
Bookkeeping
You get all the tools to manage your full accounting.
You can track both income and expenses, digitize receipts, and easily collaborate with an accountant. Even if you don’t deal with VAT (e.g., franchisee or exempt), this plan lets you manage your yearly income tax declaration. This makes it the recommended plan for self-employed professionals who are VAT-exempt or franchisees, as you can handle your tax obligations directly in the app.
Taxes
For those who want to go the DIY route but still want support.
You don’t need an external accountant: prepare and file your taxes in the app.
You also get chat access to a tax coach and benefit from our €500 tax guarantee, so if there's an error related to the app, you're covered (within the guarantee's terms).

They always answer for questions wherever is via direct e-mail or through app. If they can’t answer fully they will forward you to the right place. Documents were always prepared well and ready to send further to government. Everything is intuitive in the app and easy to sort out even for someone completely green in this field.
