Bewege den Mauszeiger über eine Banktransaktion, für die du eine Ausgabe erstellen möchtest.
Tippe auf das +-Symbol.
Das Verknüpfen deiner Banktransaktionen ist völlig optional. Es ist eine gute Möglichkeit, dir einen besseren Überblick über deine Finanzen zu verschaffen, aber es hat keinen Einfluss auf deine Steuererklärung. Nur die Einnahmen und Ausgaben, die du hinzufügst, fließen in deine Steuerberechnung ein.
Tippe auf Ausgabe hochladen oder das +-Symbol.
Lade dein Dokument hoch oder wähle eine der folgenden Optionen:
Dokument scannen: Mach ein Foto der Ausgabe und tippe auf Speichern.
Aus Galerie hochladen: Wähle ein Bild aus deiner Galerie aus.
Dokument importieren: Lade es von deinem Handy oder Cloud hoch.
Per E-Mail importieren: Sende Ausgaben direkt an ausgaben@accountable.de
Wenn du eine Ausgabe mit einem verbundenen Bankkonto importierst, wird Accountable automatisch die wahrscheinlichste Zahlung zuordnen. Du kannst dann die Zuordnung bestätigen oder die richtige Banktransaktion manuell auswählen.
Gehe zum Abschnitt Zusätzliche Informationen und klicke auf das Dropdown-Menü unter Wie wurde diese Ausgabe bezahlt?.
Wähle, ob die Zahlung bar erfolgte, von einem anderen Konto oder eine Bankzahlung.
Klicke auf Speichern, um die Zuordnung abzuschließen.

They always answer for questions wherever is via direct e-mail or through app. If they can’t answer fully they will forward you to the right place. Documents were always prepared well and ready to send further to government. Everything is intuitive in the app and easy to sort out even for someone completely green in this field.
