It’s super simple:
As soon as you activate your MAX plan, you’ll receive a 2% monthly cash bonus on all invoices paid into your Accountable Banking main account.
The bonus is calculated automatically and credited to your business account within the first five business days of each new month.
You can earn up to €250 per year through this program, completely automatically and with no extra effort.
To receive the bonus, please make sure the following conditions are met:
You have a verified AB account
The invoice must be created after the successful subscription
Invoices created before successful subscription but being paid after successful subscription are don't count
The invoice must be created in Accountable
The AB main account IBAN must be included on the invoice
Invoices must be genuine
Self-billing or intercompany invoices will also not qualify for the Bonus Program
The payment needs to happen in one go, split payments of one invoice can’t be considered
📌 Please note: The bonus is paid monthly, not in real time.
Recording the cashbonus is easy in the app:
Select the cashbonus transaction from your transaction overview
Click the plus icon on the right to record a new income
Choose the suitable category > interest
Save the new income
🔔 As there is no direct exchange of services, there is no VAT on the cash bonus. This means that the cash bonus is only relevant in the EÜR, but not in the VAT returns.
To display this correctly in Accountable, you currently have to create a revenue without an invoice, but then select the Interest category.

They always answer for questions wherever is via direct e-mail or through app. If they can’t answer fully they will forward you to the right place. Documents were always prepared well and ready to send further to government. Everything is intuitive in the app and easy to sort out even for someone completely green in this field.
