You are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of your payment. This 14-day period begins the day after your subscription is activated or the service contract is concluded.
You cancel within 14 days: If you decide to cancel your subscription within 14 days, you are entitled to a full refund, provided the service has not been fully used.
Service not as described: If the service is missing key features or technical functionalities that prevent you from using it as intended.
Technical issues: If you experience technical problems, such as issues with VAT information, payment reclassification, or data retention.
Unexpected charges: If your subscription was renewed automatically without prior notification, and you haven’t used the service for an extended period.
No longer self-employed: If you transition out of self-employment and no longer need the service.
Incompatibility with personal circumstances: If personal changes (e.g., moving abroad) mean the service no longer fits your needs.
❌ After 14 days, no refunds will be granted. We encourage you to fully test the service during our free trial period plus within the 14 first days of your subscription to ensure it meets all your expectations.
The refund process depends on how you subscribed to Accountable. Especially, due to Apple and Google policy, purchases made from a mobile store (Appstore or Playstore) are invoices directly by the store and not Accountable.

They always answer for questions wherever is via direct e-mail or through app. If they can’t answer fully they will forward you to the right place. Documents were always prepared well and ready to send further to government. Everything is intuitive in the app and easy to sort out even for someone completely green in this field.
