Good news: if you pay through our payment platform (Stripe), you can switch plans directly, no need to cancel first.
The amount due immediately when you switch depends on your situation, it can be prorated. The confirmation screen always shows the details before you confirm.
Not sure which plan fits you? Check our plan comparison guide first, to make sure the new plan covers your needs (number of connected bank accounts, access to a tax coach, etc.).
This feature is currently only available via web.accountable.eu, not yet in the mobile app:
Click your profile icon at the bottom left, then "Manage my subscription".
On the next screen, click "Manage my subscription" again.
In the window that opens, choose "Change to another plan".
Click "Update subscription".
You'll land on the Stripe portal "Update your subscription": pick the plan you want, click "Select" and then "Continue".
Check the summary (new amount, next charge date, amount due today) and click "Subscribe and pay".
If you subscribed through the Google Play Store or the App Store, you can also switch plans directly through that platform. For more flexibility, though, it's easier to do it via our website.

They always answer for questions wherever is via direct e-mail or through app. If they can’t answer fully they will forward you to the right place. Documents were always prepared well and ready to send further to government. Everything is intuitive in the app and easy to sort out even for someone completely green in this field.
