It all starts from your inbox
Have you just sent a sales invoice to a client, or are you about to? Simply add or forward your invoice to revenue@accountable.eu, and we'll take care of the rest by automatically importing it for you.

You can upload multiple PDFs at once! For each file attached, we’ll create a separate invoice and do our best to pre-fill the required tax data (see below).

Just one thing to remember: please send the invoices from the email linked to your Accountable account. This ensures we can correctly associate them with your account.

Once in Accountable
You’ll receive a notification once your invoice has been processed, which usually takes 2-3 minutes. After that, the invoice will appear in the app under the 'Revenue' screen, at the top of the list, in the 'Invoices to validate' tab.

Before the invoice can be used for your taxes, you'll need to validate the pre-filled information that Accountable has set up: check that the client is properly identified and that the sub-totals and VAT amounts are correct. Once everything looks good, simply validate the invoice. From there, your VAT and revenue totals will be automatically updated.

If you have any questions or feedback, don’t hesitate to reach out through the chat.
