Here’s how you can easily create an invoice using an app.

Here’s how the app workflow looks:
Download Accountable from the App Store (iOS) or Play Store (Android). According to the provider, the app is designed so you can create invoices even while on the go.
Before creating your first invoice, enter your business and payment information:
Your address
IBAN/BIC
VAT ID or tax number (if applicable)
You’ll find these settings under “Settings” → “Personal information” in the app.
In the app, choose “Create invoice.” Then:
Enter client details (name, address)
Add line items: service or product, quantity, and price
Review invoice date, service date, and invoice number
Select the VAT rate (if applicable)

Make sure your invoice contains all legally required information (address, tax number or VAT ID, invoice number, service date, etc.). The app helps, but always double-check.

They always answer for questions wherever is via direct e-mail or through app. If they can’t answer fully they will forward you to the right place. Documents were always prepared well and ready to send further to government. Everything is intuitive in the app and easy to sort out even for someone completely green in this field.
