If you create a new item directly in an invoice, you can also save it to the price list. Simply enter the product details in the invoice editor, and it will be stored for future use.
Go to the Revenues page and open the Price List tab in your account.
Click on "Add item"
Enter the name, description, category, unit, price and VAT rate.
Save the item – done! 🎉
Create a new invoice.
In the invoice editor, you can now access your saved items.
Select the relevant items from the list – all details will be automatically applied!
When creating an invoice, simply enter a new name, description, category, unit, price and VAT rate.
At the bottom, you’ll see the “Add to price list” button, which is automatically selected – once the item is saved in the invoice, it will also be added to the price list for future use.
The price list helps you create invoices more efficiently and error-free. No more manual data entry or duplicate records – just select and go!

They always answer for questions wherever is via direct e-mail or through app. If they can’t answer fully they will forward you to the right place. Documents were always prepared well and ready to send further to government. Everything is intuitive in the app and easy to sort out even for someone completely green in this field.
