By following these instructions, you will be able to navigate the process efficiently, ensuring your client's business is fully set up and ready to handle Peppol invoicing and e-document exchange.

Step 1: Log in to experts.accountable.eu 🔑

Start by logging into the platform. Once logged in, you have two ways to start the registration process:

  • Option 1: Click on the yellow alert to go directly to the Peppol Overview.

  • Option 2: Click on your name at the top right, then select Settings to access an overview of your client's Peppol registration status.

Step 2: View Peppol overview 🔍

Click on Peppol Overview to see which of your clients are not yet registered on Peppol. If your client is not registered, simply click Register next to their name.

Step 3: Complete accountant verification ✅

Before registering your client, you must complete an accountant verification.

  1. Enter your ITAA number in the field provided.

  2. Click on Simply add your documents to this email template to proceed, or send an email to the dedicated email address with the required documents attached.

Step 4: Attach the necessary documents 📎

After clicking the link, you will be redirected to your email app with a pre-filled template. You just need to attach the necessary documents and send them to the specified address.

Step 5: Wait for approval ⏳

Once the documents are submitted, we will review them and approve your request. 🎉

Step 6: You can now register clients on Peppol.

Make sure to check all information before submitting.

Step 7: Client receives notification 📲

Once the registration is complete, your client will receive a notification on their home screen within the Accountable app. The notification will inform them that the accountant has successfully registered them for Peppol through Accountable. The client will have the option to either confirm the registration or unregister themselves if they prefer.

⚠️ Important reminder!

Please do not forget to attach your documents to the email. Without the documents, we won’t be able to approve the request. In some cases, we may ask for a short video call to verify your identity.
