De verwerkingstijden voor overschrijvingen in de Europese Betalingsruimte (SEPA) variëren naargelang het type overschrijving en het land van herkomst. Als jouw overschrijving de status In behandeling heeft, wordt ze mogelijk nog verwerkt of nagekeken voordat ze op jouw rekening wordt bijgeschreven.

💳 Gebruikelijke verwerkingstijden per type overschrijving: • Gewone SEPA-overschrijving (SCT) 1 tot 5 werkdagen (2 dagen bij de verzendende bank + 2 dagen via het SEPA-netwerk + eventuele verificaties) • Instant SEPA-overschrijving (SCT Inst) enkele seconden, 24/7 beschikbaar • Internationale overschrijving variabele termijn, afhankelijk van valutaconversie en lokale regelgeving |
Er zijn verschillende redenen waarom een overschrijving langer kan duren dan verwacht:
Overschrijving in controle: De overschrijving wordt mogelijk nagekeken op compliance voordat ze op jouw rekening verschijnt.
Foutieve gegevens: Een fout in het IBAN, de naam of het bedrag kan de verwerking blokkeren.
TARGET-sluitingsdagen: Het SEPA-netwerk is niet beschikbaar op bepaalde bankfeestdagen (TARGET-sluitingsdagen). Overschrijvingen die op die dagen worden verstuurd, worden verwerkt op de volgende werkdag.
Internationale overschrijving: Valutaconversie en regelgevende vereisten kunnen extra tijd vragen.
Volg deze stappen op volgorde:
Controleer de gegevens van de overschrijving.
→ Zorg dat de afzender jouw juiste en volledige IBAN en naam heeft gebruikt.
Vraag een bewijs van overschrijving op.
→ Vraag de bank van de afzender om een document dat bevestigt dat de transactie effectief werd ingediend.
Dien een klacht in wegens niet-ontvangst.
→ Vraag de verzendende bank een onderzoek te openen om de fondsen te lokaliseren en over te maken.

They always answer for questions wherever is via direct e-mail or through app. If they can’t answer fully they will forward you to the right place. Documents were always prepared well and ready to send further to government. Everything is intuitive in the app and easy to sort out even for someone completely green in this field.
