💳 Typische Bearbeitungszeiten je nach Überweisungsart: • Reguläre SEPA-Überweisung (SCT) 1 bis 5 Werktage (2 Tage bei der sendenden Bank + 2 Tage im SEPA-Netzwerk + mögliche Prüfungen) • SEPA-Echtzeitüberweisung (SCT Inst) wenige Sekunden, rund um die Uhr verfügbar • Internationale Überweisung variable Dauer je nach Währungsumrechnung und lokalen Vorschriften |
Es gibt verschiedene Gründe, warum eine Überweisung länger dauern kann als erwartet:
Überweisung in Prüfung: Die Überweisung wird möglicherweise auf Compliance geprüft, bevor sie deinem Konto gutgeschrieben wird.
Fehlerhafte Angaben: Ein Fehler bei der IBAN, dem Namen oder dem Betrag kann die Bearbeitung blockieren.
TARGET-Schließungstage: Das SEPA-Netzwerk ist an bestimmten Bankfeiertagen nicht verfügbar (TARGET-Schließungstage). Überweisungen, die an diesen Tagen eingehen, werden am nächsten Werktag verarbeitet.
Internationale Überweisung: Währungsumrechnung und regulatorische Anforderungen können zusätzliche Zeit beanspruchen.
Gehe diese Schritte der Reihe nach durch:
Überprüfe die Überweisungsdetails.
→ Stelle sicher, dass die sendende Person deine korrekte und vollständige IBAN sowie deinen genauen Namen verwendet hat.
Fordere einen Überweisungsbeleg an.
→ Bitte die Bank der sendenden Person um ein Dokument, das bestätigt, dass die Transaktion tatsächlich ausgeführt wurde.
Stelle einen Nichtempfangsantrag.
→ Beauftrage die sendende Bank, eine Untersuchung zur Lokalisierung und Weiterleitung der Mittel zu starten.

They always answer for questions wherever is via direct e-mail or through app. If they can’t answer fully they will forward you to the right place. Documents were always prepared well and ready to send further to government. Everything is intuitive in the app and easy to sort out even for someone completely green in this field.
