Many so-called “special cases” can actually be handled with a simple solution, even if the feature isn’t directly visible.
For example:
Certain business expenses can be correctly assigned using an appropriate category
Income can be recorded under a different category
Missing receipt types can be documented cleanly in a free-text field
Specific tax cases for which we already offer workarounds (e.g., certain side income or mixed activities)

There are rare cases where the app isn’t the right solution for your situation, such as very complex scenarios:
Self-employed with two tax numbers
Businesses required to do double-entry bookkeeping
E-commerce operators
UG or GmbH companies
If this applies to you, we’ll tell you openly – our goal is to make sure your taxes are handled correctly.
But we won’t leave you in the dark: we’ll explain exactly what’s missing and which external steps you can take instead.

They always answer for questions wherever is via direct e-mail or through app. If they can’t answer fully they will forward you to the right place. Documents were always prepared well and ready to send further to government. Everything is intuitive in the app and easy to sort out even for someone completely green in this field.
