What’s your tax calendar?

Summary of your tax obligations:

Every quarter

  • VAT returns: deadline is usually the 25th of the next month (25/4 ; 25/7 ; 25/10 ; 25/1)

  • VAT payment: deadline is usually the 25th of the next month(25/4 ; 25/7 ; 25/10 ; 25/1)

  • Social contributions: usually at the beginning of the quarter (1/1 ; 1/4 ; 1/7 ; 1/10). But each social enterprise counter can decide on their own payment dates.

  • Intracom listing: if you have clients within the EU

  • Income tax prepayments: every quarter (optional the first 3 years)

Every year

  • Client listing: once per year, deadline 31/03

  • Income tax return: once per year, deadline 18/10

  • Income tax payment: once per year, due when you receive a letter from the tax office (between October & April)

  • (Optional) ask to switch to Franchisee status every trimester (15 december, 15 march, 15 june et 15 september)
