If you want to invite your client first, you can do this easily by clicking "Add your clients to Accountable." Enter their email address and send the invitation.
If you want to remove a client or revoke access to their account, simply click the three dots and select Remove access.
Step-by-step guide to registering a client for Peppol via Accountable, so your client's business is fully set up to handle Peppol invoicing and e-document exchange.
Start by logging into the platform. Once logged in, you have two ways to start the registration process:
Option 1: Click the notification to go directly to the Peppol overview.
Option 2: Click your name in the top right, then select Settings to view an overview of your client's Peppol registration status.
Step 2: Check the Peppol overview 🔍
Click Peppol Overview to see which of your clients are not yet registered on Peppol. If your client isn't registered yet, simply click Register next to their name.
Step 3: Complete the accountant verification ✅
Before registering a client, you need to complete your own accountant verification:
1. Enter your ITAA number in the field provided.
2. Click on Simply add your documents to this email template to proceed, or send an email to the dedicated email address with the required documents attached.
Step 4: Add the required documents 📎
After clicking the link, you'll be redirected to your email app with a pre-filled template. You only need to attach the required documents and send them to the specified email address.
Step 5: Wait for approval ⏳
Once the documents have been submitted, we'll review them and approve your request. 🎉
Step 6: You can now register clients for Peppol
Double-check all information before submitting.
Step 7: The client receives a notification 📲
Once registration is complete, your client receives a notification on their home screen in the Accountable app. The client can confirm the registration or opt out if they prefer.

They always answer for questions wherever is via direct e-mail or through app. If they can’t answer fully they will forward you to the right place. Documents were always prepared well and ready to send further to government. Everything is intuitive in the app and easy to sort out even for someone completely green in this field.
