Hassan Ayed is the co-founder of Accountable and a Chartered Accountant & Tax Advisor at Catalyst, a role in which he provides expert guidance on taxation and financial matters. With a strong foundation in fiscal sciences and extensive experience in the tax advisory field, Hassan is deeply committed to helping entrepreneurs and independent workers navigate the complexities of tax compliance and financial management.
Hassan holds a Master’s degree in Fiscal Sciences from ICHEC Brussels Management School, where he specialized in tax law, business finance, and fiscal strategies. His academic background provided a solid foundation for his successful career in tax advisory.
In the early stages of his professional career, Hassan honed his expertise as a tax advisor and associate at major firms like PwC, where he worked with a broad range of clients to offer strategic tax advice, financial planning, and risk management solutions.
In 2018, Hassan joined forces with Nicolas Quarré and Alexis Eggermont to co-found Accountable, with the mission of simplifying tax management for independent entrepreneurs. As a key contributor to the development of the platform, Hassan’s deep understanding of taxation and compliance has been integral to building tools that make it easy for freelancers and small businesses to stay on top of their tax obligations.
Through his work at Catalyst and as a co-founder of Accountable, Hassan continues to empower independent professionals by providing them with the tools and knowledge they need to manage their taxes, optimise deductions, and focus on growing their businesses.
