When you pay your subscription by direct debit (SEPA payment), the amount isn't charged instantly like with a card. Your bank needs a few days to process the debit, even if on your side the payment may already show as debited.
Paid by direct debit and wondering if it went through? No worries: your subscription is usually already active on our side, even if the debit takes a few more days to arrive.
It usually takes a few business days, often around 5 and sometimes up to 14, before the debit is confirmed.
💡 No need to pay again. Your access is already there. The debit is on its way, and your invoice becomes available in the app once the payment is confirmed on our side. Since it's a direct debit, there's nothing to transfer and no account number appears on the invoice.
Most failures happen in the first business days. If that's your case:
Check that there are enough funds in your account and that the IBAN entered is correct.
Let us retry the direct debit: a new attempt is made automatically over the following days.
ℹ️ A SEPA payment can take up to 14 business days to be confirmed. If after that time your payment is still neither confirmed nor retried, reach us in the chat or at support@accountable.eu: we'll look into it with you.
Once your payment is confirmed, your invoice is available: you can get it by following our article "I just purchased a plan, how do I get my invoice?".

They always answer for questions wherever is via direct e-mail or through app. If they can’t answer fully they will forward you to the right place. Documents were always prepared well and ready to send further to government. Everything is intuitive in the app and easy to sort out even for someone completely green in this field.
