When you receive an invoice from one of your suppliers via Peppol, we’ll notify you with both an email and a push notification. The purchase invoice will automatically appear in your expenses list on mobile and web. You can recognise it by the small Peppol icon shown next to the expense.
When you open this expense for the first time on mobile, we’ll ask whether you want to create a new expense. From there, you can either download the PDF directly by clicking the download button in the top right corner, or choose to create the expense first.

Once the expense has been created, there are two ways to download the invoice:
Click the three-dot menu in the top right corner of the expense form; or
Click the document icon in the top right corner of the expense form, then tap the share icon that appears underneath the document.

If you want to download the invoice on web, simply click on the expense in your expenses list and then select the Download button at the bottom of the screen.
When sending invoices via Peppol, attaching a PDF file is not mandatory. The structured XML file is legally sufficient.
Some software providers (such as Accountable) automatically include a PDF version in addition to the Peppol invoice. However, this is not the case for all providers. If no PDF is attached, it simply means your supplier chose to send only the XML file.
If you require a PDF version, we recommend contacting your supplier directly.
You can also download the original XML file directly from the expense screen:
On mobile:
Open the expense and select the attachment to download the XML file.

On web:
Open the expense and click on Attachments to download the XML file.

The coaching session on tax management was excellent, good material, excellent explanations and very insightful…my accountant and tax advisor are good, but never so comprehensive and accurate. Combined with the AI I never feel alone with Accountable

The availability of your team to help and guide people to understand their finances better is what really makes Accountable valuable. While the AI is able to give answer to most of the basic questions, specific scenarios need counsel from a human which your team performs beautifully.
