In the vast majority of cases, a login problem comes down to either the wrong email address or the wrong login method. We go through all the possibilities below.
It's not the right email address. Check there's no space or typo, and try the other addresses you may have used when signing up. Only your original login address works, not an alias or a forwarding address.
You're using the wrong login method. If you created your account with "Sign in with Google" or "Sign in with Apple", you need to use that same button. A regular password won't work.
You forgot your password. Enter your email on the login page to receive a reset link (it expires after 1 hour). Also check your spam folder and the Promotions tab.
Most often it's because you're using an address that has no account, or your account was created with Google or Apple. In that last case there's no password to reset: just log back in with the Google or Apple button.
Your two-factor login code is generated by an app like Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator. It's not a code sent by email. If it doesn't work, try in this order:
Set your phone's time to automatic. The code depends on your phone's clock, and a mismatch is the most common cause.
Use a freshly generated code. Each code is only valid for about 30 seconds.
Check whether there are several "Accountable" entries in your authenticator app, and test each one.
Enter your recovery code without spaces.

They always answer for questions wherever is via direct e-mail or through app. If they can’t answer fully they will forward you to the right place. Documents were always prepared well and ready to send further to government. Everything is intuitive in the app and easy to sort out even for someone completely green in this field.
