Are you creating invoices with copyright income via Creative Shelter? In this article, we explain how to easily add and encode these invoices in Accountable.
By setting up your Creative Shelter account, your invoices will be automatically added to Accountable in the Revenue section.
Log on to Craft (Creative Shelter platform) and go to your account, then click on "Accounting and integrations".
In the "E-mail address" section, type revenue@accountable.eu
For "Accountable e-mail address": enter the e-mail address linked to your Accountable account (login address).
Under "Frequency", enter by invoice or credit note.

💡 From now on, your Creative Shelter invoices will automatically arrive in your Accountable account as soon as Creative Shelter has approved them and sent them to your customer. |
Creative Shelter creates two invoices:
|

The system will automatically separate the invoice into two items:

→ When encoding, be sure to check the invoice for the amount, the VAT rate and that these correspond to the invoice.
→ The category is "sales of services".

→ When encoding, be sure to check the invoice for the amount, the VAT rate and that these correspond to the invoice.
→ Category is “copyright revenue”.
💡 The customer to register / select is Creative Shelter and not your customer. 🚨Please check amounts, VAT rates and income category.🚨 |
In the Taxes screen > Income tax submission - point 9 "review", you'll find the amounts of your invoice which are separated, as there is a sales of service section and another section for copyright revenue:
In the screenshot below, you'll find in purple, the amount of €552 corresponding to the sale of service in box XVII - 1600
Also in green, you'll find the copyright income section with :
→ in box VII - 1117: the gross amount of copyright revenue
→ in box VII - 1118: Expenses (fixed or real)
→ in box VII - 1119: the amount of withholding tax.

💡 Accountable separates the two revenue categories (services & copyright). |

The coaching session on tax management was excellent, good material, excellent explanations and very insightful…my accountant and tax advisor are good, but never so comprehensive and accurate. Combined with the AI I never feel alone with Accountable

Waarvoor dank.

The availability of your team to help and guide people to understand their finances better is what really makes Accountable valuable. While the AI is able to give answer to most of the basic questions, specific scenarios need counsel from a human which your team performs beautifully.
